About the Event

The Guinness Storehouse is located in the center of the Guinness Brewery at St. James Gate in Dublin.  It is a museum to the history of Guinness, both the brew and the brand, and covers seven floors. The main social event is being held on the 4th floor concourse, the entire 5th floor, and from the 21:00 (9:00 pm) onward we also have exclusive use of the famed Gravity Bar on the top of the building with fantastic 360 degree views of all of Dublin.

You'll enter at the grand entrance, and, as part of our event, get free admission to the museum.  As you make your way upward to the top few floors where the social event is being held, you can explore all about the beer, and the history of the iconic Irish company that makes it.

The building itself has historic value, as it is the first Chicago-Style, steel-framed structure erected in the British Isles.  It was built in 1904.

Entertainment is being provided by an Irish Ballad Band, playing Irish Music and Song.  They will be performing on the 5th floor.

Transportation, including a number of double-decker buses will be provided from citywest to the Storehouse and back again at the end of the evening.  Arrival and departures will be staggered to allow people flexibility on when they want to arrive or leave.

A buffet dinner will be served.  There will be both vegetarian and meat options. A fuller menu will be posted closer to the even. And, yes, things other than Guinness will be available to drink.
